Application Process

Application
Has a job offer caught your eye? Please submit your application documents directly via the upload function on our job portal. Ideally, your application should include your resume, your training and employment certificates, your salary expectations, and your earliest possible start date. We will give you initial feedback within a week. Do you have any questions in advance? Feel free to contact us by email or phone.

Interview
We look forward to getting to know you personally: whether via MS Teams or in our office. There is no dress code - we are interested in you as a person!
The interview is split into two parts, because the focus is on getting to know each other. We will give you an insight behind the scenes at M&M, into our work and projects and are curious about you, your experience and your career.

Coding Challenge
After the interview, we will send you a coding test for the development positions. This allows us to better assess where your strengths and weaknesses lie. The test takes about 1 hour and is tailored to your skills.

Second interview
Was the first meeting successful? Then it's time to get to know your direct manager. The short interview (approx. 1 hour) is also an opportunity to discuss the contractual conditions.

Offer
Are we a good match? You will receive a draft of your contract by e-mail. Can you imagine taking off with M&M? Then we'll send you your contract to sign by post.

Your first day at work
Let's get started! Your first day at work starts with a tour of the M&M premises, setting up your workstation and learning the basics of our systems and processes. Then it's off to the team: get to know your colleagues and start your new challenge with a good feeling.
