M&M Software has received the TOP 100 seal 2024.

Our managing directors Thomas Gaus and Christian Gnädig had the honour of unwrapping a prize today.

As you can see, we are delighted and would like to say a big thank you to all employees at our four locations.

There will also be an official awards ceremony in Weimar at the end of June, which we will report on again.

What is TOP 100?

 

TOP 100 is the only innovation competition in Germany that honours a company's innovation management and innovation success.
TOP 100 does not recognise individual products, but takes a close look at all stages of our innovation process.

How does the TOP 100 selection process work?

M&M has prevailed in a scientifically independent benchmarking process. We completed a standardised questionnaire that was developed and evaluated by Prof. Dr Nikolaus Franke and his team. Prof Franke is the scientific director of TOP 100 and head of the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. He is regarded as one of the world's leading innovation researchers.

What exactly is analysed in TOP 100?

The innovation potential of companies is measured in five categories:

  • Innovation success
  • Climate of innovation
  • Innovative processes and organisation
  • External orientation/open innovation
  • Innovation-promoting top management
