Project description
Using operational and sensor data captured on-site from each machine, the Bizerba Cloud creates a virtual data representation, or digital twin, of the system. The recorded data is analyzed to predict potential outcomes. This means future failures of individual components are detected early and automatically reported by the system. As a result, the service team can address issues, such as wear and tear, before any machine downtime occurs. Long outages due to unplanned repairs are now a thing of the past.
End customer benefits
- Simplified handling of service and spare parts orders via the central cloud platform
- Reduced downtime costs through fewer unplanned stoppages
- Current status and relevant information available continuously and worldwide
