M&M Software at the AI-Ready 2025

More efficient. More intelligent. More flexible. This is exactly what Marius Riesle's presentation was about. He showed how data can be analyzed directly on site. This was our second time at AI-Ready, this time with an exciting two-day program.

M&M Software at the KI-Ready 2025

We attended KI-Ready for the second time, this time with an exciting two-day programme. Our colleague Marius Riesle wowed the audience with his presentation.

Marius Riesle: More efficient, more intelligent, more flexible: data analyses on edge devices using microservices and LLM in combination
Marius showed how data can be analysed directly on site, using the example of a combined heat and power plant. He presented a smart solution: a ReAct LLM Agent on Edge that combines reasoning (logical deduction) with acting (tool utilisation). This ensures data sovereignty and at the same time utilises the data on site more efficiently. The technical deep dive was very well received and stimulated numerous exciting conversations and technical discussions.

Our highlights:

In addition to our presentation, there were exciting panel discussions, for example with start-ups such as AI for Life or Mika. Many presentations centred on AI agents that help in the office: Writing texts, filling out forms. Truly industrial applications were rather rare.
There was a lot going on at our stand. We were right next to the sensor manufacturer Wenglor and had many good conversations. We were also able to network well over lunch and between presentations.
The crowning glory was the evening event: a nice atmosphere, delicious appetisers and a great atmosphere in super weather. Afterwards, some headed to the cocktail bar, the perfect opportunity to ‘warm up’ for the next day.

Key takeaways:

  • AI agents in everyday office life are the big trend, especially small tools that take repetitive tasks off your hands.
  • Industrial AI solutions are still rare. There is a lot of potential for real technology solutions here.
  • Many are going ‘back to the roots’ and using ready-made tools.

Conclusion

KI-Ready 2025 was more clearly structured and the participants had a clear focus. This led to more intensive and valuable discussions. Our technical presentation was very well received and we will definitely be back next year - perhaps even with a workshop.
