TOP 100 Award: Ranga Yogeshwar honours M&M Software for innovative achievements

M&M Software's solutions are used all over the world. The top innovator with 280 employees at four locations in Germany and Asia has been on the market for over 35 years and realises individual applications for customers from various industries. "In order to be able to react flexibly to increasing complexity, we have opted for agile working and established a matrix structure over the past two years," says Managing Director Christian Gnädig , who runs the company together with Thomas Gaus. "We made a conscious decision to separate personnel management and project work." As a further, third pillar, competence centres were set up as part of the restructuring. In these centres, employees focus on the topic of innovation, observe trends and develop ideas. Top management promotes a creative "just do it" climate. Anyone who wants to can spend one week a year working in the competence centre.

TOP 100: the competition
Since 1993, compamedia has been awarding the TOP 100 seal for special innovative strength and above-average innovation success to medium-sized companies. Prof Dr Nikolaus Franke has been the scientific director since 2002. Mr Franke is the founder and director of the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
