M&M Software, in close collaboration with other Alliance members and on behalf of the Alliance, has developed a reference implementation for key components of this reference architecture and made it available to all Alliance members as an open-source solution.
Edge Management and Connectivity
Solutions that connect OT (Operational Technology, i.e., the shop floor or field level) with IT (the business level, cloud, or edge) “at the edge” require software components to establish these connections (connectors). These software components, in turn, must be managed and integrated for specific edge devices.
Assistance System Supports Operations in Extreme Conditions
To fully harness the capabilities of an excavator, M&M collaborated with Liebherr to develop a state-of-the-art system designed to assist the operator and thereby enhance the machine’s performance.
