Inspire Workshop

New business ideas through IoT, Cloud & Co.

It takes much more than skilful technical implementation to generate additional customer benefits with an IoT or cloud solution.
A modern software solution is commercially successful if it is perceived and utilised by your customers as a new, valuable offering.

The workshop as a source of inspiration

Ideas for new business models primarily emerge where practised methodology, technological expertise and industrial affinity come together in one room.

Now also available online:
The free workshop is offered in a 3.5-hour block and is conducted via Microsoft Teams conference using MS Whiteboard.

Workshop contents

Together with our trained moderators, you will develop the beneficial use case for your customers and the corresponding value proposition for your company. The moderator will guide you methodically through the workshop, supporting you with best practice examples, many years of technical expertise and industry know-how.

Different solution approaches are structured and evaluated from the customer's perspective and condensed into a convincing value proposition. Building on this, we will outline implementation options for you directly in the workshop, which you can then use as a conceptual basis.
