The immense computing power and storage capacities of the cloud make it possible to collect and process this information cost-effectively and reliably, and to make it usable anytime, anywhere. Features such as high availability, scalability and usage-based payment make cloud solutions in this context also interesting. In addition, networking with customers and business partners opens completely new business perspectives for the process industries.

Process Control System

A clear graphical representation of processes is of vital importance in the operation of modern ocean-going vessels. M&M developed the Mimic Editor for Kongsberg Maritime, a manufacturer of system solutions for Subsea, Mercant Marine and Offshore. It visualizes the monitoring systems and automation components of a vessel.

Device Parameterization - ioddINTERPRETER

As a member of the IO-Link consortium, we developed the ioddINTERPRETER in order to make it possible to parameterize, configure and diagnose IO-Link devices. This project comprised the coordination of each software development phase as well as the combining different software technologies.

Product Selection & Sizing

Every measuring task, no matter how complex, needs the right measuring instrument - the right dimensioning plays an important role in precisely measuring levels, liquids, energy, etc. M&M Software developed a custom made solution for Endess+Hauser, the "Applicator", for fast product selection and design according to the user's situation.

Industry 4.0: Artificial Intelligence

In the future, Artificial Intelligence will play an increasingly central role in all industries. It has long done so in the consumer sector: parking aids, face and image recognition and smart homes are already firmly anchored and established in our everyday lives. Interaction with an AI, such as Siri, Alexa & Co., has become a matter of course for most of us.
